Third-Party Delivery: Orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., DoorDash) are subject to their respective terms of service. Yaba’s Bagels is responsible for the preparation of your order, while delivery timing and handling are subject to the third-party provider's policies.
In-Store Pickup: Please collect your orders within the agreed timeframe. We cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of items left unclaimed beyond the designated pickup window.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are granted at our discretion based on the status of order preparation.
Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase or photographic evidence of any quality issues before processing a resolution.
